These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of this website. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. What this site is, and is not
This website provides lifestyle education and general information about weight and metabolic health, hormones, longevity, lab testing and related services, and connects visitors to independent, licensed healthcare services. This site does not provide medical care, medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and nothing on it creates a provider-patient relationship.
Six Pack Seniors LLC operates this website. Six Pack Seniors is not a medical practice. All medical services are provided by independent licensed healthcare professionals with HLY Medical, an independent medical group, through the secure patient portal and under separate terms you accept when you register there.
2. Medical services are governed by the patient terms
When you book a consultation, create a patient account or receive any care, those services are governed by the Patient Terms, including the Telehealth Informed Consent, not by these Terms.
3. Eligibility
This site is intended for adults 18 and older in the United States. Availability of specific services, and whether a visit can be completed by telehealth, varies by state.
4. No reliance; emergencies
Content on this site is informational only and should not be relied on in place of advice from a licensed provider. Anything Rick Luppino shares about his own routine is personal experience, not a recommendation for you. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988.
5. Pricing
Prices on this website are starting prices. They vary by dose, formulation and the medication, test or program a licensed provider determines is appropriate for you, and they may change. Final pricing for any service is always displayed inside the patient portal before you pay anything.
6. Cancellation, refunds and shipping
You can cancel at any time by contacting the care team through your patient portal or by emailing support@sixpakseniors.com.
- Your initial consultation is free. You are not charged unless you choose to move forward with a lab, a visit or a treatment plan.
- Monthly programs bill each cycle and can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current cycle, and partially used cycles are not refunded except where required by law. No cancellation fees apply.
- Multi-month supplies, where offered, are paid once and dispensed in a single shipment. Once a shipment has been sent, it is non-refundable, consistent with pharmacy rules that prevent the return or resale of dispensed prescription medication.
- To stop an upcoming medication order, cancel before it ships.
- If there is a shipping problem (a lost, damaged or temperature-compromised shipment), contact the care team and a replacement will be arranged.
- Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by pharmacy processing, carrier delays, weather or supply constraints.
